Project: Install Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
They contacted me right away (on Thur). We made an appointment for the very next day (on Fri) for a bid to replace the furnace. Since this was for my rental property and I live out of the state, Robert took pictures of the old furnace and e-mailed me right away with the bid. Out of three places, Aire Serv offered the best deal. They came to install it the very next business day (on Mon) and did everything in one day. Both the tenants & I are happy.

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
Comfort Tech sized an air conditioner to exactly what my home needed. This allowed me to save me almost $1,500 by not simply replacing the air conditioner with the same size unit as when the house was built. They did a thorough heat load calculation. - Mark Tanner
