Promptly returned my inquiry, willing to come to my home to give estimate...was ON TIME ( a big deal w/me due to my having to leave work incurring loss of pay to get this done), called when he was on his way...did everything he promised within the estimate he quoted...personable and followed up with an email to make sure everything was okay...I would hire him again or recommend him at any time...

all went smoothly. good work, on time. professional. the only problem was the heater was an unattractive shade of BROWN. I was of course expecting white. guess you have to ask ahead of time, but i didn't thing anyone made brown anymore!

Just wonderful to deal with starting from initial contact all thru to job completion. Job site was left cleaner than before work started! Went the extra mile to make sure the installation was rock solid. Also took the time to explain different options and final instructions after completion. I have no reservations about recommending Comfort Masters to others.

Chris was prompt, friendly and did a great job replacing my kitchen faucet and repairing the slow leak in my toilet. I will definitely use Comfort Masters for my next plumbing project.
