The problem seemed to be a circuit board that had a loose pin that would not always make contact. First an attempt was made to obtain a new circuit board, this was unsucessfull. Then because I had a time problem Tim Crain our project manager tried to soder the loose contact. With a small hand held torch and some soder he was able to fix the problem. We have had no problems since. We will have the circuit board replace this fall and have a complete check up from Comfort Level. Very satisfied with the service and the results. See All Ratings
