The sales staff was knowledgeable. I found that some installation questions needed to be answered by the staff doing the installation. Sales staff followed up with the customer. I choose another contactor as they gave me a considerably lower installation cost.

I called and spoke to Michael and he advised someone would come out the next day to check out my central AC unit. The next day Kevin arrived on time, spent an hour or so to determine what the problem is and once he did that, the AC unit worked like a charm. They did an excellent job because I got to enjoy my AC during the few days we had over 100 degrees. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs their expertise. Thank you for a job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Micommunication between phone representative and repairman. Repair man needs to know not everyone understands all the terminologies used in thier field. I explained the current problem the same way to phone rep to repairman. I was qouted a different price than on the phone. Its been over two weeks still waiting for estimate on gas lines installation for fire insert. I guess its not worth a return phone call. Although I am greatful we have have A/C but I am not sure if I personally would use Comfort Experts again.

Mr. Jones immediately set-up an appointment to determine what the problem was with my air conditioning system. He was quick to diagnose and repair the problems. He was prompt, friendly, professional and very helpful. He also gave helpful hints to keep the system in good running order. He will be the first one I call if I ever need service. The charges were extremely fair. It's great to meet a professional who has pride in his work and doesn't make his customers empty their wallets.

Kevin was friendly, prompt, courteous, and relaxed. He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to quickly and efficiently fix a problem that had baffled a different repairman. Great experience!
