Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
Home survey & estimate were very detailed & thorough. Installation was very professional & neat. We were kept well informed as the installation progressed. CC provided the training on how to operate the system (i.e. intelligent controllers, air cleaner & humidifier). CC provided information on Duke Power & Carrier rebates that we weren't aware of.

Project: Repair or Service a Heat Pump
Got in touch with Kevin at Comfort Central on a Saturday morning around 8:30. Had a condensor for a heat pump not working. Kevin came the same day at 11:00 AM and looked at my system and determined it had a bad compressor and needed to be replaced with a matched system. He gave me a quote on a new system and was very good providing detailed info on what I need for my new system to work. He took SF and provided me two quotes for two high eff. systems.

Kevin was great, until we needed extra services, that were un-necessary but highly recommended; were not performed. This was in the fall of last year. This spring, I received an e-mail from him asking when he could schedule the spring service. I responded and no reply was received. This fall, I knew I had to get someone in to service my furnace and used Service Magic for a referral. Kevin and his team did not respond. It's unfortunate as he was really nice, but makes me question his reliability. I hope nothing bad has happened.

Project: Install a Natural Gas or Propane Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
I had an old oil boiler that was removed and replaced by an efficient Munckin gas-fired (natural) boiler by Kevin at Comfort Central. Kevin and his crew were very courteous, knowledgeable, clean and did the best job possible in a reasonable amount of time. The expertise level and attention to detail was stellar. Kevin is a perfectionist and totally committed to customer satisfaction. I feel that we got the best value possible for our money invested.
