Had a fantastic experience with Comfort Carpets! We needed some work done very last minute. Ron and his team really pulled together to get the carpet installed over the weekend to make sure that we could move in on time. The most important component for me was being able to reach Ron consistently. He was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely use again and already recommended to a couple of friends.

They were fantastic! Rob suggested great colors for the vinyl and carpet that we did in our basement. He was very patient and came back on a Saturday to get my husband's opinion on the choices. The installers did a great job and even repaired a crack in the basement floor for me--saving me trouble and money having to contact someone else for that! Great value for money--love the carpet--get compliments from everyone! I even recommended to a neighbor.

Carpeting was never laid correctly and had a bubble in the middle. Comfort Carpets came out and stretched the carpet and fixed the problem. What I was really excited about was the carpet cleaning. In all the years I have had carpets cleaned I have never had such a great job.
