After a security breach at our residence, Columbus Glass Block arrived the same day to give us an estimate. They were able to install 2 days later. We were very relieved with their timing, and very impressed with the final product.

Very reasonable priced, but they re-scheduled 3 times before they came out. I wish they would have explained leaving the original stelle fram in place vs. removing the froam and haveing a rough framing appearance.

Once I contacted Columbus Glass Block, it seems as though a salesman had returned my call and scheduled an appointment in no time. After a short visit and a few questions, I had my Glass Block windows on order with 50% down. Within a few days my glass block windows were installed. It took the installer almost no time at all to get the work completed. Most of the work was done outside, so there was almost no mess to fuss with. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

Sales rep (John) was very nice and professional. I received a quote onsite. Installation was perfect. I have an old house in Clintonville, so they had to deal with removing old wood frames and installing a new brick base for the windows. One installer (Felix) came out and installed 6 windows in a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend them for any work that they perform.
