The patch job wasn't done very well. The pile for the carpet was placed in the wrong direction and hot glue was used to attach the replacement carpet, which now feels like a bunch of glue stuck to the carpet. This patch now needs to be re-done.

Very, Very Pleased with the carpet cleaning done by Colossal Carpets! Although this service was peformed in Nov 2009, I forgot to rate them until now. I had many rooms in our 5 bedroom home cleaned, plus a three piece sectional sofa shampooed all for $215. Our dirty Carpets were very thoroughly cleaned including removing many different kinds of stains (not just a "once over" as I've had with other carpet cleaners). Their truck mounted equipment is far superior than any portables that some use too. Glad to find this company who did such quality work for reasonable money! Highly Recommended.

Not bad, but not outstanding. Suggest to get a detailed quote so there is no confusion of the services you are paying for. I would have chosen another contractor based on price.
