They did a good job on relocating a sprinkler head but did not seem to know much about the operation of the valves. They promised to come back in the spring but I never heard from them again.

CLC responded quickly, and got the job done the same day.

My first experience with them was good. The guys I spoke to are very nice and professional and they did a great job with the driveway. However, the second time we used them, they didn't show up the day they were supposed to so our neighbors in our duplex showed up after driving from California to a driveway with over a foot of snow in it. I was very disappointed about that.

Unfortunately, when clients are set up on an "On Call" basis we need to prioritize our efforts for our full service clients. This was the end of a long snow event and when we were called about this oversight we responded in minutes. They were very responsive to my requests. Provided excellent service in a timely manner. I will employ them again.
