Quick to respond on first project. We tried to hire them for a second job but they are less easy to work with.

Our company policy states that a work authorization and a monetary deposit is required for any future scheduling; after repeated requests for scheduling purposes, we have received this unflattering feedback score, without even beginning the project? We are a 101% customer service oriented company, with a proven 100% repeat customer base year after year. We mutually agreed to not do her job.
