I felt I was not disclosed that there was an addition all $150 of transportation fees which was requested at the last minute when the 1 hour consultation was completed. The primary information that was given for xeriscape was to put flagstone over a septic tank to create a patio. He demanded in a check in his name but not in the company name.

It is unfortunate that there was an misunderstanding. I told this client what my rate was for consultation and that it also needed to cover my travel time. This particular clients location was over an hour drive in each direction. The was no problem at the time the check was written and only later did I receive a complaint. I guess you can't please all of the people all of the time.

This is what I said, may not come out the way I was thinking, but his work was good. He is very meticulous. You do pay for the work, the stone work is his forte.
