Our driveway is cracked and peeling. The company will not return our calls. We are very disappointed! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It could have been a good experience if they would communicate and fix the issues!

Project: Apply concrete finish, overlay, or coloring to existing concrete
The artistry of the finished floor is beautiful. My disappointment lays in the unprofessional and compromised outcome of my baseboards, a tile, and a lack of clear communication throughout the process.

CCF is confused by this negative feedback. The removal of the baseboards is not our scope of work and Customer was advised in design meeting 3 days before the start of project to remove the baseboards. The Customer opted not to remove them, to save money. Customer was pleased with the floors upon the completion of our work, paid balance and we never heard anything else from her. We pride ourselves with Customer Service and Satisfaction with each project we do.

Paid a little extra but got the quality work and execution I was looking for. Job took a little longer then expected but complexity of job and weather played a part.

Project: Install Concrete Patios, Walks and Steps
We hired Colorado Concrete Finishes and everything went pretty well and the concrete looks great. The only problem we had is they were supposed to put a PVC pipe under our walkway so I could put in a sprinkler line into a flower bed. That didn't happen and when we called and left messages we never got a call back. So be sure before you pay in full double check they did everything you wanted!

We are pleased that you were happy with the concrete. The PVC pipe was a last minute change requested by the Customer and it was not on the contract. Unfortunately, this pipe was not on the work order for the 6 am pour of the new patio and it was missed and we are regretful that this occurred. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for your business.

Project: Install Stamped Concrete
James and the crew were very personable. They did an excellent job on my patio. It was slightly out of square which made the patio cover a little difficult for the contractor but it all worked out.
