Very knowledgeable.  He went through the whole house and gave many pointers.  He does have $150 fee to go through the house ($50 of that will go toward any purchase).  I asked questions before he came over, and he failed to mention the $600 minimum ($100 for visit and $500 product purchase).  I was not made aware of the minimum until after I owed him $150 for coming over.  He did eventually email me and offered to do some work without the minimum, but I had already hired a handyman to help out.  I think Louie would do a quality job, especially if you need the whole house childproofed for you.
