The one recommendation I'd make is to pay more attention to time. A day off here or there might seem unimportant, but it may be extremely crucial to your clients. Considering that while someone is here (or supposed to be here) working, we're pretty much tied to the house. If you say you're going to be here at 8 sharp, and so I stay home instead of running to the grocery store and you don't show up until 9 or 10, that's not good!   <br />Just be punctual and consider the impact that un communicated scheduling changes might have on your clients! Perhaps you could create a project plan for each project with time lines in it that you and your clients can work off of. If there's a deviation, call the client right away so they can change their plans and use that time wisely. <br /> <br />One more thing - I wasn't overly thrilled with the carpet guys. They were pretty heavy-handed with the furniture, leaving a big gouge in one of the walls, and big scratches in my wood floors. Not that either can't be repaired, I just hate having to find that stuff myself.   <br /> <br />Otherwise, I've enjoyed working with you guys and will certainly come to you for future projects.
