Bruce returned my call promptly. He explained that he couldn't gurantee that the work would be invisible, but was very confident that we would be happy with the results. He arrived on time and completed the work within an hour and amazingly the spots are almost impossible to see and no one would ever notice. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend him or use his services again without thinking twice.

My rating is invalid. You need to put an option for N/A or something. They no longer dye carpet, so I didn't have an opportunity to use their service. The man I spoke with on the phone was courteous and prompt.
