Great service and price! Joe and Mark did a great job on the bathroom and even came out after the caulking wouldn't adhere to our bathtub. They fixed the problem and were very pleasant to work with.

Beautiful fence! Our lot was unknowingly the hub for all ATT/WE-Energies wiring, so there was a lot of back and forth between the City of Oak Creek, WE Energies, and Colonial Contracting. John from Colonial Contracting was great at expediting and resolving the concerns with the City. He kept us in the loop at all times. Additionally, we decided to change the project to include more fencing than initially quoted. John promptly updated our contract, ordered materials, and we stayed on track. The fence definitely met all of our expectations. The team of 4 also exceeded deadline by finishing 1 day early. Couldn't be happier!

I highly recommend Colonial Contracting. We have a vintage condo in Milwaukee and it was damaged by another unit's leak so we decided to do a rebuild/remodel. Other multiple recommended contractors flaked out and didn't show up. My project lingered for months - major stress. Then I hired Colonial and they met all my expectations - always on time, highly responsive and professional. Great quality work and attention to detail. I will use them again if I have another need. Thanks for a great job on time!

I worked with John Aperi during this process. John stayed in touch, kept me informed and followed through on every request and conversation. John and Paul both took steps to help me control costs and made sure I had the information I needed to care for my beautiful new floor. Paul who did much of the install took the time to correct some minor issues in my laundry room. He did an excellent job installing the floor. Both John and Paul were professional, personable, courteous, on time and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Bravo!

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
It did take longer than expected but overall the final job was good. One negative aspect of the job was the need to point out flaws in some of the drywall work and door molding and continue to express displeasure until it was corrected to my satisfaction. Which it was.
