Your Source for Quality Home Inspections in Northern California.
Scott Collins started in the construction industry as an Electrician and soon worked his way up to Journeyman. He soon learned other trades like framing, drywall and plumbing and obtained a General Contractor's License. Soon thereafter he became involved in the inspection industry. He currently holds the two highest levels of licensing for inspectors in the state of California through the Division of the State Architect (Class 1 for School Inspection) and Office of Statewide Health and Planning Department (Class A for Hospital Inspection). He is certified for home inspections through the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and follows the California Real Estate Inspectors Association's (CREIA) Standards of Practice. While there are no licensing or regulations required for a Home Inspector in the state of California, with the above list of credentials you can be assured you are getting a top quality inspection.
