Our goal at Collin County Sprinkler is to provide our customers with a high quality custom designed Irrigation & Professional Landscape Lighting system at a fair price. We are a full service irrigation company. We offer repair services, residential and commercial installations, as well as drainage systems. We provide an industry leading three-year warranty on materials and labor for all of our residential installations. Therefore, we use only the very best products and equipment. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not enlist high-pressures sales tactics in order to sell you an irrigation or lighting system. We simply provide you with our best price up front and on a timely basis. We do not require meeting with you in order to give you a bid. However, we will be glad to meet you at your request. Referral lists are also available upon request. Collin County Sprinkler is a member in good standing with Better Business Bureau, and licensed to install irrigation systems in the State of Texas by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission.

After many bids, this was the best price by far--but CCS didn't short change the QUALITY. I got the exact same system as another contractor for about 1K less. They left my yard in great shape after the install, and my grass has never been greener. Great company! I hight recommend.

Collin County Sprinkler without question has earned my vote. Very professional, organized and gets the job done. I had an upcoming back surgery that I wanted sprinkler system installed before the surgery. Steve fit me into the schedule with no wiggle room, and it never fails, here comes the rain. The job was done while I was in the hospital, but Steve made sure that they were able to give me a walkthrough just as soon as I was ready. Everything looked and worked great. If you select another company, your missing out on the best. Did I mention that I spent 22 years in the Navy, I'm pretty picky and the job better be done right. It was.

Steve called me immediately after I contacted service magic. Of the 3 companies that submitted bids, he was the only one to provide brochures of the system to be installed. He was also the only one registered with BBB and had an A rating. In addition, they also has an A rating with honors on Angieslist. His bid was also the lowest of the 3. They installed the system in one day and did a pretty good job at cleanup. Rueben came the following day and did an excellent job at explaining the system. I am very pleased with Collin County and the system they installed.

It was a breeze to work with Steve. He came out to go over the project, and gave us the quote right away. His quote was 1/2 the amount as another quote we had received so we hired him. He didn't require any money up front as he said he wanted us to be completely satisfied with the completed project first. After everything was completed, Steve came back out to go over the irrigation system with us and to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. I would definitely hire him again.

Very friendly, quick service, quality products. Have honored their warranty on labor and materials. I've made two warranty claims in the past three years and they have come right out and fixed the problem with no hassle or charge, which is unusual for contractors. My only regret is that one of our flower beds was put on the same zone as the grassy area in our back yard. The flower bed does not need as much water as the grass so we have had to adjust our watering schedule frequently to make sure we don't underwater the grass or grow mold in our flower bed because of overwatering. This could have been easily solved by making separate zones.
