Brian was competitively priced. He is extremely flexible and will work with you to acheive your home improvement goals. His work is Professional Grade A+ and it's clear he takes pride in a finished product you will enjoy. I would recommend Collier Builders to family, friends, and anyone else looking for a top quality contractor who is reasonably priced.

Project: Build an Addition
My wife and I were looking to add an addition on to the back of our house. Brian was the first contractor that we spoke with and we had no idea what we could afford to do. Brian guided us though the process of exploring different options and helped us understand how to make the most of our limited budget to make the biggest impact to our living space. He quoted us many different pricing options, his prices were better than fair, it is clear that he does not compromise on quality. Brian is a builder that you can trust to deliver great results at a great price, and he is incredibly easy to work with.

I can't speak highly enough about Brian Collier and his crew. When Hurricane Irene knocked a large tree onto our house I chose Collier Builders and it's the one thing about this whole process that has been 100% positive. He was able to get started right away and his work has been first rate. From an amazing attention to detail on our deck and railing, to a beautiful job on the roof, gutters and trim, Brian and his crew were fantastic. But what really set Brian apart was his willingness to be flexible when problems arose with the adjustment and our compensation was delayed. Brian showed amazing patience and understanding. Project: Build an Addition
Collier Builders just finished a 600 sq ft family room / garage / laundry addition and I couldn't be happier with the results and my choice of contractors. The quality of the work was great, especially the framing and foundation. They used high quality lumber and 3/4" plywood sheathing. The addition is solid and tight. I wish the rest of my house was that well built. They did a great job finding matching exterior and interior materials so the addition looked like it was always part of the house. The price was great, the value was amazing and I really enjoyed having them in my house. I highly recommend Collier Builders.

Brian was very easy to work with. he remodeled my kitchen and put down a new hard wood floor and was very clean. he was able to make several repairs with the kitchen floor and ceiling. and even made other helpful suggestions. i would highly recommend using brian collier builders.

They were very flexible with any changes we wanted to make and did a great job communicating with us every step of the way. Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
We needed to have a load-bearing wall removed. The job was complicated due to the fact that the wall contained the heating ducts serving the second floor. Brian and his assistant worked in concert with our heating and air conditioning contractor, and provided us with exactly what we wanted. Our new expanded living room has been the focus of attention at every gathering. I would highly recommend Collier Builders.
