Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Both Eric (owner) and Steve (roofing specialist) were involved in the process completely, from the initial contact, to the bidding, then to dealing with the demands of the Homeowner's Asssociation, to the roof installation, and finally, with promptly addressing a minor flashing installation issue we had identified. They were completely professional, were eager to do the work, and made sure it was completed to our satisfaction -all for a very competitive price. Very positive experience.

Eric and his team were a pleasure to work: his estimate is right on with actual spent, no hidden extras once the project began; also I liked the detail provided not a lump sum cost many other contractors threw at me; always on time and even worked late a lot of days; project was done on time; very considerate of our home and family, very neat the very few issues we did have were addressed very quickly, professionaly and to our satisfaction; the bathroom looks great, it went from being the most hated room in the house to one of my favorites ; )
