I hired Coit to clean my duct work and dryer vent. The technicians were professional and very friendly. The service was lacking, however. They removed the air filter from the hallway and cleaned all the vents one at a time with an air hose. I did not realize until after they left that they crammed the dirty air filter that they removed from the inside of my house into the air handler filter slot in the garage and it did not even fit. For dryer they didn't even remove dryer hose and only cleaned from roof.

the price was just as quoted, no surprises. We would call them again.

Technician was very efficient, pleasant, explained everything and did an excellent job. I only have a 1400 square foot house, and only the great room and 3 small bedrooms and a hallway were involved so, I thought the price was a little high, but perhaps it is because it had been a while since I had this done and things do go up. GRIN!

Coit Services was very responsive and assisted in moving the furniture out of the room that had water damage as my grandparents are elderly and unable to move the furniture.

Initially i was impressed when the rep came out to provide and estimate; however that changed when the technician came out to clean the air ducts. Paul shook my hand, walked in to look around then left to get his equipment, leaving my doors open (I have dogs) multiple times with no consideration. Neither rep nor tech explained what the process would be, so I was left guessing. The tech was only there 45 minutes, when multiple companies advised it would be 2-4hours. I feel like I wasted $267 (that was at an alledged 40% discount!!!). I paid them $6 per minute just to have air pushed around and my vents wiped down. I regret using this company!!
