We had to intervene a few times during the install, and had to have them come back two different times to fix two different things, including a poorly installed shower staff base. They did, however, come back w/o complaint. It just required a lot of work on our part. We could have brought the cabin up to code (while we had everything torn apart--including some walls and flooring if they had noticed no venting pipe for the kitchen/bathroom sinks.
