I guess I should have looked more carefully at what ABC pest control would claim to do. Don't expect your rodent problem to be solved, what they do is offer suggestions and advice (in general terms) as far as what to do. To their credit, we haven't seen any mice since performing the steps they told us to take.

The company was great with good pricing considering they offer to come back within 30 days for free. The only con was the actual serviceman who was unfriendly and unwilling to listen. He explained what he wanted to but didn't listen beyond that.

From the time that Tessie answered the phone--it was a pleasant experience. After the appointment was scheduled, Tessie called back shortly to let me know my technician had an earlier time available on the same day and asked if that might work better for me. The technician arrived early for the appointment, discussed my insect issues, and proceeded to inspect and review his findings with me prior to starting any type of treatment. The technician was very knowledgeable, and I felt as though his treatment of my insect issue would be far superior to my current quarterly spraying service. The technician was also great with my dogs!

Mark, from ABC Conquest Pest Control was on time even though we called just a few hours prior, friendly, took care of the inspection in no time and we had our report the very next day. We were on a time squeeze so for me as a Real Estate Broker that is great !

Good to work with Mark. He is very responsive, and accommodating. Keeps tabs on progress and how things are going. He is proactive in trying to make sure that everything is done to evaluate the problem, and answers all questions, and informs you of what he is doing so you are aware.
