Jeff and his crew were great. They were so friendly and professional. They explained each step of the process and ent out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and confident with their work. They were so respectful of my property and did an excellent job cleaning up. Lastly, they were the beat value of all the quotes I received. I will use Cochran again for other construction work.

I had a small stucco repair on the side of the house that Jefff and his crew fixed. Qulaity and matching of finish to the rest of the exterior was very good ( I was fortunate to have the paint needed to match the rest of the exterior). Time to do the repair was also very good, Price was reasonable considering it was a small job and their time is valuable. Price was $3oo and time was less than 2 hours. would definetly conside using them for any future stucco repair.
