Buddy was very nice, friendly, and forthcoming. He worked with me to only give me the services I really needed, and let me know what to keep watch on. He came to check out my new (to me) house's HVAC system to see if it needed cleaning and/or servicing. He showed me a few oddities in the system, parts to watch closely, and did a spring tune-up. The only downside was promptness. He missed the first appointment, but it was an easy scheduling mistake we've all made before. To make up for it he gave me a very significant discount and came out a few days later. I'd give 5 stars instead of 4, but he was 1.5hr late for the final appointment.

Buddy arrived promptly and contacted me in route. He offered diagnostic explanations when we spoke by phone, allowing me to have some context for what the range of possible issues may be. The furnace had shut off and he explained the cause and resolved the issue with a very fair price. He was courteous and deliberate about his work. I would highly recommend him to friends, colleagues, or others.

I spoke with Buddy this morning and we met at the house at 1:00 pm today. He was very professional and very prompt. Atlanta Gaslight couldn't get the furnace to stay on, but it stayed on for Buddy. I will definitely use him again in the future.
