Project: Remodel a Swimming Pool

Coastline (The Pool House) sent a technician to give me an estimate for resurfacing my inground pool 1 day after I called. Once I accepted and sent my deposit check, the work was scheduled for the next Monday. The technicians arrived as scheduled. Each technician was very professional, friendly and took pride in their work and product. They answeried all my questions and offered helpful information on ways to keep the pool sparkling. The job was finished by the end of the week, as scheduled, and for the price quoted. Once re-filled with water, they came back, tested the pool, and added the chemicals at no additional cost. Very pleased.

It was a great joy to deal with Mrs. H and her husband. A construction process is very detailed and having customers that understand our entire staff tries to take pride in every aspect does matter a lot. We great appreciate them as Pool House customers.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They did everything within the time frame they said that they would. I have now also hired them to service my pool.

The work has not started on the pool, but I am vertry impressed with their attention to detail, and the way they keep the client informed.
