very prompt and professional service. options were described clearly by their rep. Culley Christiansen. i felt reassured that things would be taken care of. especially important as i was going out of town and needed to feel that our "rat problem" would be taken care of carefully and completely. Although we are not completely finished, i am very satisfied with the quality of the work.

Rebecca eased my fears regarding possible danger for my dog if the yard needed to be treated for roaches. We received speedy service. Culley provided thorough information. We will use this company in the future if we hear "rodents in the rafters ! " Meanwhile, thank you for the "cockroach control."

Derek got sick. In rescheduling, I asked 11:30, but was told he was not available, so I had to wait nearby till 12:30. Arriving on time, I saw Derek walking out, " I came early and is done." While I asked details, he sounded offended, " I found no termite and took responsibity." I asked, "The wood beam on top of the garage .." " Oh, I forgot, it has fungus.. " Then I got a report containing only one item for fungus. I called him and his secretary, who told me she would talk to Derek and got back to me. It never happened. I regret the lack of communications and customer care.

Coastal was very accommodating, pleasant to work with, and did a thorough job getting rid of the mice problem in my kitchen. They have a 6 month guarantee on their work, and while I don't expect the mice problem to re-occur, their guarantee is reassuring
