I have done well over 1,000 kitchens in the Hampton Roads area. and I have never had a customer this ________ (words can not descibe how bad) I try and do the best job possible, but some people you will Never Please. :(

They were very professional as well as all their subcontractors. They were very responsive to my concerns as they came up. I have never taken on a major project like this and they made it stress free for the most part. I would definately do business with them again.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
Great first part of installation of cabinets would highly recommend buying his cabinets and having his workers install them. However would not recommend floor tile or backsplash remodel part. Disappointed that the last part was not as pleasant as the first part. Love my cabinets but upset about the quality of the floor and backsplash work. Price played a key factor in decision to hire company and Jim was great with his customer service to get the job, he's honest and fair but the end of the project left me disappointed so much that I won't ask them to do my bathroom remodel. Again great kitchen cabinets so if that's all you want go for it

JIM & HIS STAFF ARE SO GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO, COASTAL KITCHENS IS TOP NOTCH & YOU CAN DO BUSINESS WITH A HAND SHAKE, LIKE THE GOOD OLD DAYS, AND KNOW, YOUR WORK WILL BE DONE & ON SCHEDULE. I AM SO PROUD OF MY KITCHEN AND ITS EVERYTHING I WANTED, AND THEY BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE SURE IT GOT COMPLETED ON TIME. WHAT GOOD PEOPLE THEY ALL WERE, YOU DON'T SEE THAT TO MUCH NOW DAYS. Project: Remodel a Kitchen
Jim Sr visited us twice to set up project, one for ideas discussion and a general estimate. Second visit provided sketchs/dimensions on work to be done along with samples of previous selected materials. All materials installed were as ordered and the job was started on the day selected early on in the process. The single installer, Nebi T., did an outstanding job completetly, refacing our 60's type cabinets with new doors, new countertop, modifying cabinet dimensions for new drawers, new appliances and taking care of some hidden surprises (cooroded plumbing and hidden oddcabinet dimensions). If you live in HR's give these people a call.

Project: Reface Already Installed Cabinets
There were a few issued with the kitchen but as soon as you knew about the issues they were taken care of. We are now waiting for the referral bonus for referring a friend.
