responded right away, got pricing to clean my rental property carpets, and I enjoyed his immediate service and competent professionalism. Will always recommenrd thios contractor, as he made it possible to rent my unit the next day, while the caepet was still drying.

Danny cleaned an old rug that had, among other things, rust stains, making the room habitable. Coastal Chem-dry has never disappointed me over the years. In the early 1990's, I recal one of the staff showing great pride in the level of his professionalism by telling me that he goes about his job as thought he were preparing a room for his sister. Sounds old fashioned but I understand that level of commitment. Our quality of life is very important!! Many thanks to Noah for sending Danny!!!

The technician (Ben) was professional and efficient. Did a great job of cleaning recliners, love seat and area rug. All items look like new.

I hired Coastal Chem-dry to come out to do the work. They did not move any of the chairs out to clean behind or underneath the area. Once they completed the job a lot of the spots showed back up. Chem-dry did not do a very good job and I am extremely unhappy.
