Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Recent high winds blew some shingles off my roof, and I wanted a dormer/turbine installed to release heat from the house/attic during the hot summer days. My 20 year old roof probably needs replacement but I opted for repairs for now. The owner was professional and prompt in returning my calls. The roofers were also professional and pleasant. I think the price was a bit high for what seemed like minor repairs, but the 3 year guarantee gives me some peace of mind until I can afford to have the roof replaced.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Overall a good experience. However there were some challenges: weather- re-roofed in March, difficult contacting company at times during project, owner is a rather firm communicator on the phone but not a representation of his company/installers, due to a possible miscommunication the incorrect products showed up on installation day but the issue was quickly resolved, iInstallers were flexible with repair schedule; I needed to repair 10 times the amount of sheathing without hardly any delay in project completion. Installers worked long days to finish on time. Final price was competitive and quality was outstanding! Definitely worth the call.

Jeff (owner) was prompt in responding to our call. He provided excellent follow-up and we had our estimate was completed as stated; Jeff contacted us with the estimate; the Repair Group came at the appointed time, and completed the work efficiently. We are very pleased with the way Jeff managed this project. We would highly recommend Coast Roofing!!

I called a lot of different roofers for my project trying to make sure I was getting the best value for my money. I am very impressed with the job that Coast Roofing did. They adequately handled all my questions, performed everything per their agreed statement of work (contract), offered the best labor warranty for their service, and charged a fair and reasonable price. Overall they offer great quality work. While Jeff doesn't have the best phone personality, he was very persistent in following up which is one of the reasons he won my business.

They completed the roofing job as contracted and were on time starting and finishing. Clean up was good and there have been no problems with the roof or any related work. I would, and have, recommended them to others.
