We are still waiting for the town to issue the permits - but so far Steve has been very helpful and pro-active in dealing with the building department and getting the information we need to put in plans and get the paperwork done.

He is amazing. He delivers what you want, communicates with you. I can not remember a surprise with his work. He is very thorough in his work. I would recommend him in a heart beat.
