The tech who came out was very professional, extremely polite and completely honest. When our unit outside lost it's blower fan motor a year ago the idiots who 'fixed' it put a temporary motor with a wire running across the top of the unit (a sure sign that you were ripped off by the way if you paid for a full repair) If it's done right they will replace the fan with NO wires showing. They were fast and ONLY fixed what was wrong, unlike the last guys who gave me a laundry list of repairs on a 2 YEAR OLD UNIT!! Unfortunately I'm not qualified to argue and it was 90 in the house. I trust these guys and will definitely use them again.

They are competent, professional, and fast. But they severely overchanged for a part. (a capacitor for $180) 10x more than it actally should cost. I wish companies would stop hiding their profits in the part costs. It really is dishonest.
