The whole process took less than 15 minutes so its hard to feel like it was a thorough job, it may have been but theres no way to tell.

Project: Install or Upgrade Batt, Rolled or Reflective Insulation
Everything was great. The only problem was a mix-up on the original appt to do the work. The work order was not correct so the workers didn't have all of the materials needed and had to be re-scheduled. Everything else was done in an excellent manor and so far I am pleased. Too soon to tell how much this will help, but should make a huge difference.

Project: Install or Upgrade Blown-In Insulation
I found this company on Angies List first. When I put out a request for bid they were one of the companies that came up on your list. The other two companies never contacted me. The person that came to my house for the energy audit was very informative and thorough. We have completed all the improvements that were recommended. We installed a radiant barrier, 18 inches of insulation, an attic blanket, new soffit vents, and repaired the AC duct work. The three man crew arrived on time and completed the job in the specified time frame. A well orgainized and professional experience from start to finish.

I have used service providers from Service Magic before. Among them, Paul tops the list. He is extremely professional and knowedgeable. He arrived on time. Did a thorough study of the house. Gave very genuine advise. Started with all of the things I can do to make my house energy efficient without needing him. Then he went of items he can do. He explained energy saving associated with each item. He recommended doing things in particular order and the order was not based on the price associated with it. Instead it had to do with energy saving. His price was the best bid I received. I am very happy with the quality and service. Thanks Paul.

They did a great job cleaning all of my air vents. They were very thorough. They were also very respectful and polite. I also had them do a free energy audit, where they made many low cost suggestions for us to do in order to lower our electric and gas bills. I am hiring them again for more work very soon.

I searched Gods Green Earth to find a good company for air duct cleaning. After thinking my efforts were futile I found ServiceMagic and contacted Climate Doctors. I spoke with the owner who was able to explain the procedure and give me upfront pricing. When he came to the house he did a free energy efficiency inspection and had lots of great suggestions and products that my husband and I are very interested in. The Air Duct cleaning price beat out all the others I have received brochures for. The crew members were very hard working and polite. I will certainly recommend Climate Doctors to my friends and neighbors!!!
