Tom responded within a minute of my request for an emergency servicing of my out of commission furnace. He said he'd be there within the hour. He was early. Wow!! He was very professional, and got right to work. He isolated the problem, and fixed it promptly. He was very informative, and offered some helpful tips. Awesome job. Would highly recommend him.

They did the job when they promised and in the timeframe the quoted. The aftercare follow-up has been great and we are happy with the product. I was very impressed with the cleanup and removal of the old furnace.

Very very thorough information in all stages, from sales meeting all the way through to final stage of follow-up. Quality of installation was superior... Tom was always checking up on our questions and satisfaction. He has scheduled a visit this week to evaluate performance of equipment. He even stopped by after installation crew left to be sure they cleaned up to his standards!
