HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. HE WAS VERY COUTEOUS AND CONSIDERATE OF THE FACT THAT I HAD ANIMALS THAT WOULD NEED OUT FOR SOME AMOUNTS OF TIME. HE DID WINDOWS ON THE SECOND STORY AND ALTHOUGH STANDING ON A LADDER HE DID EXCELLANT WORK,, AND AT CLEAN UP TIME EVERYTHING WAS DONE.AND EXCEPT FOR SOME EXCELLANT LOOKING NEW WINDOWS, NOTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY HAPPEN. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WILL RECOMMEND CGB TO ALL WHO MENTION GLASSBLOCK

the representative was professional, easy to talk to, had answers to all my questions. I wanted a block that would allow as much light as possible into my basement yet provide the security and privacy that Iwanted. His suggestion fit my purpose. The install is schedueled for next month. will give update on overall performance which i'm sure will be more than expected.

Did a good job of installing windows. Windows are sealed well. There are no drafts. Cleaned up after installation - inside and outside. Took away the old windows. We appreciated the good service.

The service representative was punctual, friendly and informative. The windows were well made and make a huge difference to the appearance of my home. I would recommend Cleveland Glass Block to other home owners. I had a great experience with this company and workman.

The staff was very professional and courteous. On installation day, the installer arrived on time, and was finished in about 2 hours! He cleaned up everything before he left. I will definitely use this company again.
