Jim was very professional. He came to the house was very considerate of my two dogs and baby. He addressed my issue with ants and mice. He came back 2 weeks later and sprayed for the ants again. Went to retrieve the bait boxes for the mice in the garage and realized most if not all the bait was gone. He put more bait boxes in the garage and we have to call to schedule a follow up. I liked that he realized there was still a need for the bait and left more.

I was very pleased with Cleveland Chemical Pest Control. They called the morning after I emailed them, they sent a rep to my house that very afternoon and took care of my wasp problem. The rep walked around my property and sprayed other areas and showed me susceptible areas to watch. He was very informative. The rep returned the next day to ensure the wasps were gone.

They came out same day. We had ants the last couple of springs, saw the first few of the season and called. The price was lower than expected, the service excellent. Two weeks later, we haven't seen an ant. Hopefully I won't have to call again, but I'm confident they'll take care of the situation if one arises.

John from chemical pest control came out right away to inspect the home, and did a great job at follow up and coming back later as promised. We did catch the mouse we had problems with. Wonderful company to work with!

CHARGED ME LOTS OF MONEY AND I STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM. THEY GET AN AND DON'T BOTHER CALLING THEM. I DON'T WANT TO HEAR FROM THEM UNTIL SPRING WHEN I HAVE THE BOXES REMOVED. THAT IS THE END OF THAT. I BOUGHT SOME DECON SINCE THEY ARE NOT BOTHERING WITH THE BAIT HE LEFT. THEY PREFER MY WALL IN THE BASEMENT. SOON I WON'T HAVE ONE.
