They are very knowledgeable about hot tubs and very quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it on the spot.

I had estimate from Clearwater Spa - paid $95.00, was told that the project will be about $2000 to fix the hot tub. The price seems high but in order to do another estimate I need to pay another $100 for someone to come and look at it. Not going forward with the project as this is not the priority for me now.

Still have problems and error messages. We have already paid upwards of 1K and the tub still isn't working :(

Occasionally when a major component failure has happened it destroys other components as well. Please keep in mind that when this happens we usually do not charge extra labor for those components to be installed. This is the only cost we can control for our customers,we cannot control the cost of parts John

I don't know about value for the money as I did not want to pay for a service call from another company. They were extremely prompt answering ad, courteous, and efficient!
