Denise and Ellen were really easy to work with, efficient, thoughtful about my emotional attachment to my belongings, honest about clothes that looked good/looked awful on me, resourceful, focused and made my stressful cleaning-out project fun.

I originally spoke to Denise, who right away made me feel at ease with the many questions I had about her company's services. I was giving this service as a gift to a dear friend, that has gone through a tragic family loss, and Denise from the start approached the whole situation with such compassion, and empathy. It was a very emotional day when Denise & Ellen came to my friends house. This wasn't only a project that needed to be done to make the house work and flow better, but also for emotional reasons too. I couldn't of done it without Denise and Ellen. True professionals . Wonderful, respectful people too.

Although my phohe conversations were on target, the experience itself was poor. Denise had made suggestions when we first consulted about products that I could use to help me be better organized, but said she would bring or purchase what was neededl. She arrived without even one of the items we had discussed. Although I was told that everything that they went through would be removed from my home, I was left with a hallway filled with trash, donation items and some items that were to be kept. Of the two, Ellen was much more professional, friendly and far less judgemental than Denise. I had to hire someone to undo their job.

We were quite shocked with this review and the length of time it took her to send it since we ask every client for feedback at the end of a work session. The client's response was very positive at the time, saying we had accomplished the goals she'd set. The items in the hall were left per her instructions.I would ask that prospective clients look at our previous ratings before coming to any conclusions.
