He was GREAT! He set everything up quickly and made sure it worked. He even swung by a few days later to check in with us to make sure everything was working. You can't find someone who is more patient and experienced than Jim! If I ever need anything done that even remotely has to do with water you better believe he is the first person I am calling! Great with pets too! The services he provided me were: uninstall RO system, transport, reinstall RO system and full diagnostic test of the entire system.

The water at my new construction home was terrible. Very high iron, hardness, PH problems and bacteria. It amazes me that Jim Ryan has installed a system that is producing the best water my family has ever had (well or city water). The price was very reasonable and the installation was top notch. There have been a few minor bugs in this very complicated system, (just as he told me there probably would be) but Jim handles everything with a polite, professional and friendly attitude. I am extremely satisfied with the work he has done for me and would highly recommend his services.

Jim Ryan is very knowlegable and it was a pleasure to have him as our water softener installer. He truly understood what we needed for our softener and water purification needs. I highly recommend him to anyone who requires a new system or servicing of an existing system.
