Dean'na was prompt and my house is clean! She was flexible in working around schedules and sent me a text reminder the night before she was to come and a follow up text asking if everything was satisfactory. She listened to my concerns and priorities and cleaned accordingly. My wood floors shine and the house even smells clean!
