Tony was very helpful and friendly. He was knowledgeable and kept good communication before and throughout the job. One of my three requests was particularly tricky, and although ultimately he was unable to get a cable through in the time allotted, he tried very hard to meet my requirements. He was confident that given more time he'd get it through, and I don't doubt him -- but it was already getting very late into the evening. Great service, prompt, and at a fair price -- I'd definitely call on Tony again.

Called first. Arrived on time as promised. Very personable, approachable, and communicated problem in a way that it was easily understood. Completed repairs in a timely mannerand made recommendations if I should decided to up-grade my current system at a later date. I will use their services again.
