Mark Lanfersieck was the high bid for new windows , new shutters and a storm door.  He said he would meet my low bid.  Signed a contract with him July 2, 2009.  Windows and Storm Door installed 7 weeks later.  Said he couldn't get the storm door in September, but if I bought one he would install it for free.  It is now November and the storm door is still on my porch waiting for installation, no new shutters and my new sliding glass door will not lock.  Mark promises to come by, says he is coming by, then will not answer your calls.  STAY AWAY!

Clear Choice has a terrific product--they just have difficulty executing on anything that they have contractually committed to doing. They have been to our house 5 times and it's still not right.  I could not recommend this company--which is a shame.
