Did a great job. Friendly and efficient.

They forgot a lot of things and came back out to fix them the next day. They still overlooked a lot. I asked them to communicate with me via email and got one response. I haven't heard from them since however, they haven't charged me anything yet.

Called for appt with specific instructions about what/how i wanted things cleaned. Instructed manager was having carpets steam cleaned and no vacuuming was necessary. When team arrived, one rep spent first 20 minutes vacuuming my wet basement carpet with my dyson (waste of time/effort, not good for vacuum). Once i intervened, the rep then went upstairs and started vacuuming again to my chagrin! They also busted their bottle of oven cleaner and we spent about 10 min trying to get it working (no spare with them). Lots of wasted time and overall bad effort. Tried to charge overtime, when we called, no cust service f/u or remedy offered.

I hired cleaning concepts as a Mother's day gift for my wife who is a busy working mother. Cleaning Concepts did a "deep clean" the first time and the areas that the company did clean were excellent. But to my surprise they didn't not complete what I would consider a basic cleaning task such as vacuuming. My first impress was not good. We are going to give cleaning concepts another chance because the company had problems with there vacumm.

So sorry to hear about this problem with the vacuum. I'm glad to hear most areas were excellent, but our crew should have requested a second vacuum from our office. Rapid, responsive and they do an excellent job.

Service was professionally scheduled and executed. It was a thorough cleaning for the most part. I did have to touch up some spots. This was my first experience with a cleaning service and this company came highly recommended by a friend, so overall it was a delight! The price was high, but it's difficult to place a monetary value on such a labor intensive and valuable service!

Very reasonable price (actually less than it cost when they worked for me 3 years ago) and reliable, friendly service. The same crew of two come to your home at a predictable time. These ladies do a good job. The staff is very easy to work with and are flexible and courteous.

We had major plaster work done in our condo and had Cleaning Concepts come in and do a complete clean afterward. We have hardwood floors throughout the condo and many windows and had plaster dust everywhere. The two person crew did a fantastic job. We are considering having them back on a regular basis going forward.
