Cleaning Champs

Very disappointed in the quality of service I received. We hired cleaning champs to clean our house proir to an event that we had planned. They did a very poor job, and we still had to clean the house ourselves after they left.

I am very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our work. When you called to let us know that you were not happy and areas of your house have been missed, we set up a time to come back out and reclean. You left a list of stuff you wanted done and we completed that list. I wish you would have called before leaving this review so we could fix anything you had a problem with. We try to do everything in our power to make sure all of our customers are happy with the service they received from us.

Work performed was average. Some items were not cleaned as instructed such as light fixtures and baseboards. Carpet cleaning was really good. The price was really really nice. Overall, I would use again, but would clamp down to make sure all items are cleaned before paying.

It looked like ANYTHING would have helped my church members apartment. The lady Dena that came out did okay but I wish she would have saw how Jay finished up. It made a difference.

Everything has been very consistent in their work. I had another company, just always problems and issues about their work. I hate cleaning and I travel a lot, so when I’m home I don’t want to clean. Jay is just great.
