Our Process:  We use a process that a lot of carpet cleaners don't use.   A few years ago most of us ran our cleaning solution though our machines.  The solution was applied with the carpet cleaning wand and immediately vacuumed back into the recovery tank.  There was no rinse.  Now we know that is not the best way to clean for two reasons: First the solution does not have time to do what it is supposed to do,  break down the dirt and oil so that it is easier to remove.  Second, it leaves a soapy residue that attracts dirt making your carpet dirty again in weeks.  Now,  we spray our solution on your carpet with a separate sprayer and let it sit and loosen the dirt while we set up our equipment for a high heat, high pressure rinse with a pH-balancing solution that leaves your carpet truly clean saving you time and money because the time in between your cleanings is much longer. What else do we do?  We vacuum your carpet with a commercial grade vacuum cleaner.  A simple process that, again, most carpet cleaners don't do.  Think about it.  Most of the dirt in your carpet is loose dirt that regular vacuum cleaners are just not powerful enough to pick up.
