Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
Arrived over an hr late, 2 people,1 dressed in skirt and boots apparently had not intended to do much. She was resistant to what was requested although it had been discussed & agreed upon prior. Stated they could not complete task in 1 day & not sure if they could return the next day to finish. I decided to have them straighten 1 rm where clothes needed folding, hung up & put away, was told it would take at least 3 hrs to do and was charged $100, it actually took less than 2 hrs, price remained $100. A heated loud argument broke out between them about who was doing the most work, I started to ask them to leave.Unprepared & very unprofessional

She did a very good job with regular cleaning. I did howver ask for a Spring or deep cleaning. I would use her for regular, reoccurring cleaning.

Natasha and her crew were very lovely and certainly worked hard. However, they seemed a little new to the routine and required constant consultation with each other. While I did have a tedious type of job for them, I discovered many places left untouched after they left: soap dish above sink, areas under and behind movable objects, faucets, shower curtain. If you want to try them you should be very clear on exactly what should be done, possibly having it written down beforehand. I think she would probably develop excellent services with her clients over time.

I had a couple of false starts with Natasha, but I could tell she was earnest and meticulous and wanted to give her a try. I'm glad I persevered. When Natasha appeared with her crew and attacked my place, I knew I was in very good hands. All three workers were very pleasant and hard-working. Natasha kept a careful eye on everyone's progress and set the tone by very thoughtful, organized procedures for tackling a tough project done to exacting standards with no time wasted. I found her to be helpfully flexible when necessary and courteous and prepared.

I hired Clean Solutions (Natasha) as an anniversary gift for my daughter. The job is still on their schedule but not for another two weeks. The only thing I can rate Natasha on is how pleasant and cooperative she was when I spoke with her on the phone from another state. She quoted a reasonable price and I am hoping that the completed job will make my daughter and son in law happy and maybe they can set up a plan to use her again. With a new baby and crazy schedules, I think they could use the help!
