Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
Service was to be a "DEEP CLEAN" of my home. They did not move all my things (TV remote, etc) but dusted around them instead. They missed several areas completely and had to go back (after I discovered the areas) and dust. After they were gone I was getting ready for carpet cleaning and found even more areas that had not been cleaned. EXAMPLES: Refrigerator door Ceramic wastebaskets Lamp shades They came to my home, walked thru it and gave me a price. They knew exactly what was to be done.

Hi Judith, I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied. We serviced your home to the best of our ability in the 3+ hours we were there. We handwipe refrigerators and will never open them, for example. I also asked what areas you weren't satisfied with in hopes of fixing them and never received a response. I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of service that I received from Clean Service Pro, LLC. The depth of detail to the cleaning was refreshing in our "9-minute" oil change world. Ana, the cleaning tech, was personable ands exhibited a wealth of cleaning experience. I would highly recommend Clean Service Pro, LLC without reservation.
