Tim was very professional and timely. After submitting my need to the servicemagic website, Tim called me within 15 minutes to talk with me directly. I set up an appt. with him immediately to get the soil I needed delivered. Tim came to my home on time, keeping in touch with me via cell phone throughout the day, and shoveled the soil I needed into my raised bed. I appreciated Tim's professionalism and timeliness.
