Easy to set up an appt. Very clear with pricing, polite, on time etc. The only problem is the cleaning left "water mark" stains on the furniture. The couch is over 10 years old, but I think the fabric was chemically treated somehow when we purchased it ... a long time ago. The Clean Response Rep didn't catch it, so the cleaning removed the smell (which was our biggest issue) but left strange stains.

He was very thorough in making sure the carpet was clean. He also used a fan which helped dry the carpet quicker.

Removed a lot of tough stains on over 3K sq ft. There was a slight pet smell remaining, but did a very good job and the carpet dried in 4-6 hours. Granted there was a very bad pet smell before he did the job.

Did an excellent job on short notice and was very easy to work with. I was putting my house up for sale and the realtor didn't think the downstairs rug would clean up and was suggesting I replace the rug. Clean Response did a great job and there was no need to replace the rug.

Brad was very enthusiastic and friendly. He was flexible and responsive to our needs. He worked quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with his work. The only negative about the experience is, in doing the work, Brad made some marks and scars in the corners and walls when he was moving/using his equipment. We had to go in afterwards and touch up the paint.

This was the best service and professional cleaning I have had in Colorado Springs! Brad was able to fit me in with 20 minutes notice when it looked like his schedule was full for the day. His attention to detail and ability to remove stains that other cleaners could not remove was very impressive!

His fee was very reasonable, he was fast, and the carpets looked great. He also called me back after he had a cancellation and came the same day that I contacted him.
