Project: Powerwash Exterior Surfaces

Project was for front part of roof; It had dark mold buildup. Rob cleaned the mold off but left dark stains. I was able to remove the stains with a cleaner from Lowes and my garden hose. I felt that finishing touch should have been part of the original job.

We are glad that you did find a chemical that was more effective in removing the stains. If you could please let us know what chemical and how much it was we will reimburse you for the expense. It is always our goal to put the finishing touches on all of our jobs. Unfortunately in this situation our chemical was not as effective as it should have been.

Was on time and went right to work. He provided excellent feedback on what was in the gutters, to include three birds blocking the downspout. I was most impressed and will not hesitate to bring him back when needed.
